Responsibilities:
• Report internally to Lead Project Manager • Responsible for delivery of allocated projects from tender award to handover to achieve the client and SKM objectives in safety, cost, time and quality • Coordinating construction activities and monitoring progress at sites • Review construction schedules, monitor and report on the progress of work to the Project Manager • Review site safety plan and JSA’s in accordance with the client’s safety objectives, carry out safety inspections during construction, documents findings and implements recommendations for improvement • Coordinate stakeholders' and vendors' activities • Organise and participate in site meetings, review inspection schedule, complete inspection checklists and witnesses commissioning testing of systems • Review contract security and insurances, superintend contract including certifying payments, authorising extension of time and variations (under delegation), managing provision of design information to clarify documentation • Coordinate authority approvals, obtain "as built" drawings and essential services information Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in construction industry is required for this position • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on cost and to the client’s quality expectations • Strong safety commitment with experience in implementation and managing safety programmes in construction projects • Experience in construction of oil & gas retail facility is a definite advantage
Responsibilities:
• Write issues and control the QA/QC plans and procedures for the project • Control and monitor the review and approval process of QA/QC plans and procedures • Review and appraise, as directed, the submittal by Contractors and sub-contractors of QA Plans and related project procedures • Coordinate within project disciplines team members, the content, scope and purpose of project procedures for review and approval • Review with other team members, the adequacy of project procedures and initiates revisions where necessary • In conjunction with QA/QC Manager and Senior QA/QC Engineer, assist in carrying out internal system audits • Recommend as appropriate corrective actions to non-conformities and deviations to the Quality Management System and procedures • Responsible for the supervision and auditing function of Contractors QA procedures, sub-contractors systems and procedures as applicable to the scope of work for the project • Responsible for the QC and Inspection activities carried out by the Contractor in ensuring compliance to stated specifications and standards • Responsible for Inspection surveillance of specific critical equipment suppliers Requirements: • 10 year(s) of working experience in the field of petrochemical projects in QA/QC capacity • Knowledge of LNG processes and construction highly desirable • Certified in Assessors for Quality Management System (ISO 9000) and able to develop, maintain and implement QMS with the standard • Expert knowledge of QC and Inspection methods and practices for materials, mechanical, rotating equipment and special processes (e.g. HT/Welding)
Responsibilities:
• Establish and review policies, guidelines and procedures on EHS • Monitor, maintain and enforce the EHS standards through awareness, audits and regular walk through • Provide advice on EHS matters and issues • Prepare reports for management review • Coordinate Environmental, Health and Safety committee meetings • Develop and implement EHS training programs and activities for employees • Ensure applicable EHS laws and regulations are complied with • Conduct investigations into accidents and near misses • Develop good rapport with related statutory and local authorities • Enhance the in-plant emergency response capability • Implement and review of the current EHS management system Requirements: • A Diploma / Degree in Safety & Health or Business Administration • Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health from any professional body approved by DOSH • A minimum of 3 year(s) working experience as an Executive in Safety & Administration (with NIOSH Certificate) • Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage • Conversant with legislation, rules and regulations related to EHS, eg: OSHA, EQA, Factories & Machinery • Have excellent planning and organising skills • Able to analyse and evaluate situations and identify cause-effect relationships • Able to communicate effectively at all levels • Knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage • Good PC skills - Word, Excel and Powerpoint |
